THE Valentine gift for Neoyi

I always wanted to make Vlad (first time drawing him).... So I decided to make one for Neoyi. Because her CP comic rocks! And... (if I remember correctly) she somewhere and sometime ago asked a Valentine Vlad. The reason why you won't see fingers or feet from me is because it's the only part of the human body I can't draw.
